Byjus - Byju's had taken loan on my name without my consent

On */*/**** one salesperson form byju's name Sanket Wankhede came to our house. I rolled up my daughter name for the * to the **th course for ₹*****. My daughter has some medical issues and she is also not satisfied with the content of the app and I also have some personal problem that's why we wanted to return the product.
When we call this man Sanket Wankhede he told us that he will tell to his senior. The very next the app was suddenly blocked. So we thought byju's team might have blocked the app. But after that, as my account is not funded. A loan finance company is calling me and they are saying that I have taken a loan from their bank for the byju's course. Firstly byju's salesperson hasn't told us about any loan process and I haven't given any agreement on such loan. Secondly, I haven't visited any bank for the loan and nor called them for the same. I have been calling byju's mentor and also on their helpline number from about * months and telling them same problem again and again but are not doing anything other than saying that they will send my request to their senior.
My daughter has used the tablet just for * and */* month. I have already paid the unrolled fees ₹**** and also EMI of * months ₹**** per month. Now I won't be paying any further EMI as the app is already blocked and we don't want to continue the course.
So I kindly request you to please cancel the loan which byju's has taken on my name without my consent and also our relationship with us.
