Byjus - BYJU'S false promises

With reference to our order No. *********, prasamsa sambathula , we have made several requests over phone and through mail. All our requests were within the time and recorded i.e right from **th day from our subscription as assured to cancel over phone by Mr. Susheel Baboo, your business adviser was requested cancellation of subscription on *th June, **** and onwards on his contact no. ********** and mentor Rasagna contact no *********. Since we have received the instrument on **.**.****, our request made on *th June was made well within the stipulated time only. After this request, we have explained and reiterated our reluctance to this product and clearly told him for raising a request on our behalf. However, on your request made today, we are once again forwarding all the relevant information to your end for further resolving the issue. Consequent upon failure of your organization to provide required support only we have proposed to withdraw our subscription to BYJU'S as we don't want this further anymore. It has been so long chase so far. Kindly put an end to this issue here itself to keep your organisation's reputation untainted. All our efforts to bring forward to your organization were not acknowledged by relevant mentor (your team and business adviser Mr. Susheel Baboo --Employee Id..*********) so that the refund should have been made much before by now.

We don't know whether we have to approach heros 'Shahrukh Khan' and "Mahesh Babu" to get our full amount refunded? Though it seems sarcastic, it is true. On seeing his add and false promises made by your business adviser only we have subscribed. When there is no use of the product and no sync with school curriculam you should refund the full amount only. Instead of this, your organization and members those who have already contacted us and ensured us of refund, are pretending as if they are ignorant of this issue. Again and again don't ask for the details. One more issue that the financial organization IIFL connected with BYJU's is threatening us to pay for your fault of not informing them the issue we have been raising ever since we came to know that the BYJU'S is not helpful. Please stop calls from IIFL for disbursement of EMI which is not suppose to be paid as we have already proposed for cancellation of this subscription. Those who have contacted us told us that they have arranged for refund and we don't need to worry about it. But, no refund has been initiated and no ticket for resolving this issue has been processed so far.

If you search online, there are several complaints on your organization. It would be better if you refund the full amount within no time to avoid further inconvenience and to avoid further any legal action that we take if you fail to refund the amount. If we have to sue, we will definitely, but not only your organization but also your promoter hero 'Shahrukh Khan'. Please warn your promoters/business advisers against making false promises to develop your business.
