I have had booked a bus ticket through redbus for the journey from Kolkata(Esplanade) to Baripada for the date **/**/****. The bus timing was **.** PM but before I reached the source (Esplanade) stand, It had already left. By asking to the nearby people, they said it has already left at around **.** PM. I was really shocked after hearing this. Whose fault that was? How can someone trust these online traveling sites? At the mid night and you already have travelled ***km after finishing the duty hour for the day then to Kolkata, where a normal people go . Please help to get the refund plus the extra damages that had to bear.
