SANSKAR DHINGRA filed complaint against Redbus on Oct 22, 2022
I booked * bus seat worth **** rs. The bus service was named Republic Travels. Boarding time was ** am from anand vihar delhi. We tried to contact the bus operator, but no response. Bus operator didn't contact us and the bus didn't arrive. From the location we came to know that the bus service doesn't exist. We raised the issue with Redbus service. But it hasn't been resolved yet. Please help us get refund and prevent any future frauds with anyone.
