Booked bus ticket from Shirdi to Hyderabad on ** Sep **** in Orange tours and travels with booking I'd AV**********. It's not mentioned anywhere the last sleeper berth are congested. Due to space constraints they have created small congested berths. Requested for change of seat but no vacant seats are available. It's purely cheating and encashment of the situation. Very horrible situation to travel with small child .
