Redbus policy to make their passenger reach in time at their location but they had provided broken bus which getting repair in every ** km and their journey from delhi to lucknow time was * hrs but in between highway bus broke down and could not reached at our location as mentioned time and taking ** hrs more time for make it reach as I checked for refund they did not done kindly check my issue
