Amazon India - broken laptop sent for the order of HP laptop

Annu priya filed complaint against Amazon India on Mar 5, 2022

I ordered "HP **s, *th Gen Ryzen *- *GB RAM/***GB SSD **inch(**.*cm) Laptop " of ₹**,***.** from my niece amazon account to gift her on **th year birthday.
But instead of HP laptop, they sent me some old used laptop that look like picked form trash.
I was hopeful that they will fix the issue, so my niece contacted them right away. However today on inquiry they said that as per their investigation everything is fine and they wont help me on this.
I am really surprised and sad. It clear case of cheating.
