Booked ticket for Jalna to Jalgaon for ** July **** morning * am on Redbus. But the bus services are not available as it does not exist. Still, Redbus is booking it. Due to which I missed my connecting train. When asked for refund they told me to take from the bus depot. Bus depot did not refund and even red bus is not doing anything.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
