I would like to bring to your notice that I have been not answered my queries and issues at lens kart even after many attempts to the customer care.
I would like to inform you firstly I had received a call from lens kart team regarding home eye check up on *st June **** for the slot of **:**pm to **:** pm, whereas I accepted the slot and cancelled my meetings because I had an appointment booked with the lens kart agent.
When I tried calling the lens kart agent on the said time of booking, the agent replied me by saying that he is too busy in other ares and will not be visiting us on the scheduled time of appointment and the agent named Santhosh promised me that he will come early morning the next day on **nd jun **** with the slot of **:** am to **:**am.
As the agent promised me I had to again cancel my meetings and was waiting for th elenskart agent in the morning, as per the scheduled time I called the agent andenquired as to when he will be reaching, as to my surprise the agent named Santhosh again told me the same answer as he is busy even today and will assign a different agent and disconnected the call.
I also tried reaching the customer support on this issue, but still have not got any reply from their side as they told they will escalate it.
Also I tried reaching through the chat but unfortunately in the chat the representative again gave me a slot of **rd jun **:**pm to **:pm without even asking me for my availability.
Request you to please work on this issue as I am very much dissatisfied with the support as I had to cancel my work meetings two times due to this issue.
