- Boarding Time Open
We booked ticket from Trichy to Tiruchendur in UNIVERSAL travels through redbus(Ticket no: TP*N********) and PNR is (UNI*******). The Boarding time was mentioned as **.** pm and Departure time as **.** pm. But inside Boarding point something was mentioned as *.** am. So to clarify, we called the customer care and the representative checked, called the operator and confirmed us that the time of boarding is **.** only and not *.** am the next day. Then by **.** am the driver called and told that the usual time is *.** only and today there will be a further delay of half an hour. But finally the bus arrived only at *.**. The arrival expected time was *.** am. Till now the passengers are traveling and the expected time of arrival is now ** am. Lot of plans were done based on the arrival time and return ticket was booked by *.** pm in the same bus, which we will definitely not be able to board now because of delay done in the morning. I would like to get refund of both the tickets as compensation for the great physical and mental inconvenience caused by redbus and bus operator due to the inappropriate bus timing mentioned in the e ticket and the confirmation of the same by the customer service representative from REDBUS.
