RELIANCE DIGITAL - Blue Star inverter AC

I had buy blue star *.* ton Inverter AC from the Reliance digital Porvorim Goa on ** March **** and in the month of October **** there is the first service of my blue star AC so i had made so many complaints to the blue start customer care that i want my ac service but they are saying that you had buy the AC from third party so we can’t do your AC service from the blue star. And i had complaint on ** oct **** and till now the total complaints are * and i am not getting solution till now so i went in Reliance digital i made complaints there also but they are also telling me that technician will come but no one has come till now i went * times in Reliance digital for that complaint of AC service till now i am not getting any solution and the AC we can’t use also because water leakage inside the room and the AC making lots of sound inside its an under warranty still its make noise and water leakage and on off issues So my request is there that as soon as possible replace this product or give me the full refund and send the technician to service the AC or replace the AC.
