I bought cp plus * hd cctv Cameras (*mp) with *Ch. hd dvr Kit on **/**/****. The product has * (two) years warranty. But I have not received cash memo bill or tax invoice of the product along with the order. Now my product is out of order since last * (two) months but I am unable to claim my warranty due to absence of Tax Invoice/bill. I contacted Amazon so many times but till date they are not providing me the Bill/Tax Invoice.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
