I'm a loyal customer with BB since **** and till April'** I never had any issues with BB and I never claimed for a refund. Since May'** all my orders had issues terribly. I have done my part by raising a return pick up request with BB which means that I'm ready to handover the product back. Due to covid-** BB has cancelled all the return requests and refunded money for the items respectively to their customers. I have done my part genuinely correct? Now, BB has deactivated my BB account in which my wallet balance is ***rs and they are saying that I attempted to do fraudulent activity by claiming refund. Everytime when I had issue with the items I either called cust service or chat or raised return requests. Now, you tell me what wrong did I do. To be more precise I have supporting pictures. BB is not activating my account in which I'm having my ***rs and they are just buying time saying we will revert in **hrs. But I'm not getting any proper response from them.
