Benefit worth 400 not received Open

Complaint filed against: Airtel
Reference id of my issue CBNRD20311911679.
I've been terribly dissapointed with Airtel and it seems that I'll take my business elsewhere now. I've Recharged 193 thrice from myairtel app to get 3 GB extra data on top of my plan. There's nowhere mentioned there that it's only applicable once.
But when I didn't receive benefit and contacted customer care, the person said I won't get benefit of the two more recharges I've done and that "I should have confirmed" before recharging. Well, who confirms before recharging? And if it was so that it's only applicable once, why isn't it mentioned there? (I have screenshot).
I'm not claiming any undue benefit here. I paid for it "after duly checking".
Then I talked with "Senior executive" Sandeep. He was blatantly blaming me for the mess up...as if I'm the foolish one to spend money on you folks and expect what I've paid for.
Then a call came from Umesh Sahu, Outgone officer, who rudely and blatantly blamed me again. Interrogating me and when I answered Everything his only reply was "Nothing can be done". He even refused to forward call to his senior, claiming he is the seniormost and forcefully said "the issue has been resolved"
Is this how you treat your customer who pays for a service and expects benefit?
My hard earned money won't go to drains, I'll first port my number and then file a legal complaint if this issue is not resolved.
Resolution Demanded: Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
