sumit filed complaint against Airtel on Sep 30, 2024
Sir, I have been using airtel xsafe CCTV cameras but for the last * months its not working properly. Regarding this I have registered many complaints with the xsafe team by call as well through email, but it does not help as they themselves don't know what is happening . What is concerning that a complaint resolution time is **-** hours but complaints are open for * months, the backend/technical team is so incapable of fixing the issue. Let me summarise the issue there are many problem but mainly because of * we are not able to use the cameras-
*.Live feed not working ( ** % ) time
*.Sd card recording being disabled
*.Android TV access disabled by not providing otp
{ If needed can provide recording of above issue with timeline }
and for all this I have paid an annual subscription of **** in addition to the cameras of ****.
Kindly help me with the following and also share this with top management of airtel
*.Compensation for * + months where I am not able to use the services and still going on.
*.Refund of cameras and subscription.
