We went for some keys issue on my laptop keyboard... The person there at hp world told us that he will confirm from the company that it will give us free service or not because its * year gurarantee is now ** months old and he said that if keyboard will be change by the company the expense will be **** rs but we said that just tell us before doing anything yourself... The next day when we went there he said that the company has refused to service and he himself had serviced the laptop by shredding off some dust and charged rs ***...and there is no chnge in my keypad. The agency under hp world name is shri triputi infotech.
