I purchased a bed in July **** and it’s not even a year the bed has started cracking in between (one side) and is at the verge of breaking..I paid Rs *****/- for a peice of wood which couldn’t even sustain for a year and they claim they are the best and the biggest furniture dealers… I raised a complaint and someone was sent for an inspection and post that I kept getting parroted responses that this is not a manufacturing defect and probably after the *th escalation I was told that it is no a manufacturing issue but a usage issue (which means we illiterates do not know how to use a bed) and said they will not be able to offer any further assistance
