When I initially purchased the product through online payment, the price of the product was Rs. *** only. After a few days after I had called the company to inquire about my product. Then the company spokesperson tells me that I had agreed with a deal and I have to pay an additional amount for the product which was not mentioned anywhere to my knowledge. When I purchased my product and how they are telling me that if I don't pay the additional amount they'll not deliver the product. I will lose my money which I have already paid online. I request you to please look in the matter.
