On Dt. **/**/**, I tried to book an Air ticket from Mumbai to Cochin through Make my Trip option. Make My Trip Complaint/Reference ID - ******-******. At the time of booking, amount of Rs.*,***/- got debited from my HDFC Bank Credit Card account, but air ticket was not booked. Since then, I'm following Make my Trip support for the reversal of my wrongly debited amount of Rs.*,***/- & sent *-* request mails to return amount. But till today, the said amount is not yet credited back to my credit card account. A number of emails I have sent to Make my trip. Even I've sent my complaint mail too through a mobile application but I have not received a reply.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
