It’s Been Over A Month They Are Not Refunding The Money For The Cancelled Flight (REF*********) And They Give The Reason That They Have Not Received The Money From Flight Agency However The Flight Agency Which Is Air Asia They Have Confirmed Multiple Times That They Have Initiated The Amount And They Have Provided All The Proof Also. Customer Service Disconnects Call In. Every time saying wait *-* days.
Between Ans Speak Rudely. I Also Realized, There Are Multiple Customers Who Have Active Fraud Charges Going On Against Travel Look Online.
