- Amount Debited but ticket not booked Closed
I have done Flight booking from Cleartrip on **th June and payment was done from ICICI credit card. Amount was debited and ticket was not booked. I have instantly confirm with ICICI customer care and they confirm that if ticket was not booked than you amount will be credit back within ** hours. After few days I check refund was not process. Then again I contact with ICICI team and they confirm that amount was debited and paid to third party(Cleartrip) and they provide txn number which they say was common for both parties.
I contact to clear trip support team and they told please provide all relevant document like ICICI credit card bill statement and they will check with their Finance team. I mail to Clear trip team with all required document. I don't got any confirmation from their support team than contact again . Again they asked to send mail with all required document. As per there support team they will revert in next * working days. But Cleartrip team never response. Again I contact to their support team and finally they respond that there finance team told that they have not received any amount. I asked them to send mail with same response but till now no mails has been sent by Cleartrip team. I have contact multiple times to send response on mail but they never revert. Below are the details of my conversation.
