- AMC for Kent RO system not provided ^{Offered Resolution}

I have purchased AMC for my warranted kitchen Kent RO water purifier puchased in May **** in Jaipur. One of the compliant was logged on Kent customer service No. to do regular maintenance during warranty period. Kent send a service man from M/s Sobti Associates **/**, First floor, Kiran Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur and he told your * year warranty is going to expire soon so you can purchase * years hassel free AMC for complete care of your Kent RO. I found it worthy to have uninterrupted services for maintenance of Kent RO for next * years as I am also working outside Jaipur and my family is residing alone in jaipur. Since after getting AMC, M/s Sobti Associates never comes to do the maintenance nor picking the phones easily.After continous reminders, one of the ervice man can in month of May and he nothing change in the RO even we were getting a bitter taste of water. I have asked another service man by filing the complaaint on Kent customer service and they told that your filters are completed choked and you are getting *** TDS water which was bypassed as raw water from M/s Sobti associates service man. I had paid Rs **** for this maintenance and replacement for new TDS instrument even after paying Rs **** for AMC. This clear cut matter of *** and not providing the desired service for which I had paid and I compromised to the health of my kids by not getting the desired quality from Kent. M/s Sobti Associate is not responding for any queries and while inquiries at their address, it was known that this Kent dealer has close their office.
I had paid Rs ****/ for * years AMC to avail Kent renowned & uninterrupted services for my new RO but I am surprised and disappointed to see the fraud on the name of Kent RO.
Please do needful to take disciplinary action against such fraud dealer who are spoiling the Kent name and either refund my AMC amount or Please shift my AMC to a renowned and authenticated Kent RO dealer to adjust my AMC amount.
After many reminders to Kent customer compliant No, No one is responding since after continuous reminders.
Details of AMC was also shared with Mr. Yogesh ( Kent Jaipur Area lead) and discussed to overcome this issue but no satisfactory resolution.
