Byjus - Ambiguity of Information and Finances

They overpromised at the time of counselling and convince to buy their product. Very first we were told that the first EMI will be deducted after **days but it got deducted in ** days only, and even after complaining I got a response from them after * month. however, we didn't mind this as I am a serious candidate for preparations. After that, I got problems in geography lectures which I told them several times but they don't help and always console us that u try after a few attempts I told them to cancel my subscription and they are not helping at all, also they pass time and did not respond on time. It is very traumatising as a customer mentally as well as financially. I as a consumer am very unsatisfied with their behaviour and service and strictly do not want to pay my hard-earned money anymore to them. Please help me get this subscription cancelled.
