I ordered a Tvs xpod helmet on *rd october worth rs**** .it got delivered to me on *th October When i opened the box all i found was a broken old helmet (different product).i have tried to return the item * times n every time it got canceled before pickup.. Tried contacting the customer service..all they do is to olace another pickup..one guy has also placed a ** hour followup.. Pls look into this matter n refund it asap... Also as per d latest update SM team has refused to help me in this issue as they say its my fault that i hve refused the pickup...amazon customer service not responding...im daily wasting a lot of time on this..This is actually a big headache.
