I ordered(Order #***-*******-*******) the Airfryer (AGORA Elite Air Fryer) in Amazon on **th Aug**. I received on **th Aug **. My family received the product and box was damaged. I opened the product on **th Aug**, When I opened the box I noticed a lot of termite insects inside and outside of the box. Please refer video of unboxing. I immediately called customer service to take the product out from my home. But, delivery guys purposely delayed to take the product due to termite insects.
I was continuously following up customer care but no one came to pickup. After * days (**th Aug**) they picked up from my place.
Due to bad package and not responding from Amazon delivery person or seller (RetailEZ Pvt Ltd). termites spread heavily in living room, kitchen and bedroom.
My family members includes myself, my wife , my parents (two senior citizens) and two kids (* & * years). Everyone got affected while cleaning every day. It was very tough to clean. Termite habit to spread everywhere and every times.
While cleaning process all the household items were shifted every time. Anti termites spray caused breathing issue to family members.
We done deep cleaning on **th September**, the next day **th September, My father suffered on heart attack and I lost my father after hospitalization. This termite issue is the one of the biggest reasons, my father health went worst. It was a huge incommensurable loss for my family and we are suffering from mental trauma since when the termites came into our sweet home.
It is like the termites took my father away from us.
Amazon, Delivery Agent and Seller ( RetailEZ Pvt Ltd ) are directly responsible for my loss and mental stress caused so far.

(a)pay a sum of Rs. ***,***/- towards the physical strain and mental agony suffered by the complainant and his family members (compensation) ; and
(b) pay a sum of Rs. *,***/- towards cost of this petition (Cost)
