My ongoing experience with Amazon has been deteriorating steadily. A recent incident involved the loss of a returned product by their delivery personnel, with the refund still pending and the explanation given being "Your Package is Lost." Moreover, during the delivery process of a prepaid product, the delivery person falsely claimed it was Cash on Delivery (CoD) on multiple occasions, insisting on payment. When pressed to demonstrate where the CoD option was indicated, he demanded an additional *** rupees. This raises concerns about the integrity of such a reputable brand's customer service practices. Compounding the issue, every time I contact Amazon, I encounter a new customer service representative, necessitating a repetition of the entire situation.
