Amazon India - Amazon not returning money for damaged product

order placed - ** Nov ****
received on - ** Nov ****

As product was damaged so I placed return request on same day which was accepted by customer care
but order was not picked from amazon side
so I requested for earlier refund on around * December but after * days order disappeared from my order list and when I call to customer care they say that they are not able to open details of oder so they are not able to proceed further and they are getting it checked from their investigation team. And I am getting same response from their side from last two months
I am not getting any update from their side till now and even after several calls and mails to amazon.
