Hi,
I have place an Order# ***-*******-******* on **/**/****, On your Amazon India portal till **/**/**** it was showing your order will receive by today * PM.
I have called your customer care for the delivery status & come to know that this order cancelled on **/**/**** & refund initiated.
If its cancelled then why on your portal it was not showing me updated status? Also why I haven't received my refund, if it was initiated?
Am a prime member & you guys are updating me after ** days after placing an order
is this the service are you providing to prime members?
