I placed an order of AMD Ryzen * ****x*d CPU on *April,** which was defective and not working. We contacted amazon the day of delivery sharing our problem. Amazon asked us to wait for * days for investigation but mailed us later that night itself that they will not provide refund or return. We mailed them several times about it and they kept denying to provide any further help.
