- Amazon Cashback Not Received Closed

Complaint filed against: Amazon India
I am a regular customer of Amazon India & the sole reason for this complaint/feedback is to serve as an eye-opener to the wrong doings & CHEATING methods on Amazon India.
Issue: I had purchased Movie Tickets for the movie Race3 on Jun 14 through Amazon Pay through an ongoing promotion offer from Jun 11-Jun24
The payment was made through my Amazon Pay account after going through the T&C's.
After 2 days of the movie, I checked and found that the promotion cashback was not credited.
Complaint for non-receipt of cashback was raised on 19th June.
Time of 48 hours to resolve the issue was stated by Amazon helpline.
New complaint made on 21st June.
Again time frame of 48 hours to resolve the issue was stated by Amazon helpline.
I wish to know:
a) Is Amazon a rogue/cheat organisation - in which case it should not put forth offers that it cannot uphold.
b) If a client has booked tickets as per T&C's specified in Amazon Pay, why does a client have to call up Amazon Helpline to CLAIM his promotion cashback by wasting time instead of automatically getting promotion cashback.
From Amazon India's approach, it seems clear that it is CHEATING customers and has no intention of honoring their commitment to credit promotion cashback that it puts forth in its offers.
Luckily, knowing Amazon's methods I have screenshots of this offer & also my transaction which serve as proof of my fair usage of this offer.
