ADITYA ANNAPRAGADA filed complaint against Amazon India on Feb 16, 2020
I had ordered for a new phone and along with replacement of my old phone.
I by mistake left sim in old phone, realising that called Amazon within * mins of delivery.
Amazon replied they have no details of the agent who took my phone. I have lost my sim.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
