I booked a Lufthansa flight from EaseMytrip.com website last yr. Due to the Corona situation flight was canceled. EMT******** is my booking ID. I have been calling customer care for more than * months now for refund.. They give a standard reply that we are waiting for refund from airlines. I have verified with Lufthansa airlines and they have confirmed in written(over twitter) that it is pending with Travel agency. I request your help in resolving this issue.
