Easemytrip - Airlines cancelled my rescheduled flight and later marked me no show for old booking and not refundi

I have booked flight from Mumbai to Ho Chi Minh City, later due to medical emergency in family I had to reschedule the same to Dec ** which I did and paid whatever amount was asked by ease my trip app. Later, without my consent my rescheduled booking was cancelled by either airlines or Ease MyTrip (I don’t know exactly because ease my trip is not taking responsibility and VierJet is not even acknowledged my tweets).
Also they have marked me NO SHOW and now saying booking was not refundable and it was NO SHOW so we can’t refund the booking amount.


Please help.
