I had booked GoAir flight tickets from go ibibo from Jaipur to Ahmedabad for *th July **** for my wife and infant son. But the airlines cancelled the flights leaving them stranded so I had to rebook tickets through other airlines. At first go ibibo said only convenience charges will be taken and the booking amount will be returned. But they levied a penalty on me and gave a voucher of Rs **** from goAir. Kindly help in getting my Rs **** back.
