Even though I have booked a refundable ticket and tried to get refund after cancellation, Goibibo states that "it is not refundable and decline my request to refund". There is a ticket attachment proving it is refundable. Please address my issue and it will be great if I get my money back. I think Goibibo is cheating in similar way to lots of customers.
