Goibibo India Private Limited - Airline refund not processed

- Flight ticket was of travel date *rd Feb ****.
- It was cancelled on *nd or *rd Feb.
- A week later I contacted Jet Airways and explained them the medical grounds on why travellers were not able to travel. I also furnished all the relevant documents from hospital post which Jet Airways on **th Feb **** wrote back a mail saying - (attached again)
"Moving forward we are pleased to offer a full refund for your parents’ tickets *************­ *************. We see that the tickets have been issued through a travel agent. We have updated the necessary remarks for a full refund against both the tickets, which will enable the travel agent to process the refund seamlessly." I thought premier miles will process as it was already showing "Refund Under Process" in My Bookings Section.
- A month later on **th March ****, I wrote to Premier miles/Goibibo asking about the refund.
- Ever since they have been buying time and now they are giving me press statements of Jet Airways that they are grounded and stuff. But my refund was processed in Feb and not now. Even Jet had written in the mail back then - "Updated the necessary remarks for a full refund against both the tickets, which will enable the travel agent to process the refund seamlessly." So Goibibo/premier miles is essentially causing me unlimited mental harassment and not ready to process my refund. I have been following up with them for more than * months now.
