I booked a flight ticket on Oct **th from BLR-JAIPUR and for **th Dec **** and requested for a date change on Nov **th one day prior on Dec **rd which they said they cannot do and will charge me extra, I already paid rs **,*** for the flight ticket. The same dat on Nov **th I recieved an email from Indigo that my ticket is changed to Nov**rd instead , This was incorrect date and was changed without my consent which I then had to cancel my booking and had to rebook. This caused me a loss of Rs **,*** due to cancellation charges charged by Indigo. This was purely because of negligence by the Makemytrip agent.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
