I purchased ticket for my daughter trip from Chennai to Kuwait, Qatar Airways, on *th march,****, the transaction was unsuccessful but my bank account was charged KD ***.***,
I did two transactions both were unsuccessful and amount was charged two times KD ***.*** and KD ***.*** to my bank account . After speaking to Clear trip agent in Kuwait they returned only KD ***.** after ** days, and local agent told me that remaining KD ***.** will be returned soon, but the remaining KD ***.** is still not returned so far, the local agent in Kuwait telephone is disconnected and could not communicate to local clear trip agent. I have been sending emails and reminders to clear trip customer service since march for * months, received response in July that the money was not transferred to them and to check with my bank. I send reply again with my bank statement as proof for transfer of money to clear trip and my trip Id details but there is no response from clear trip so far. This was going on since march but my money is not returned by clear trip company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
