I am a travel agent. I booked an Air ticket for my client on **th March, * PM from Happyeasygo. It takes only * mins to book a ticket. They sent a ticket after * hours. My client had already gone after waiting for * hour. I tried calling them ** times but they never attended my call. They don't have any option to cancel the ticket on the website. They have denied refund and putting blame on Air India. I need the refund as it hardly takes ** mins but they took * hours. It is like you book a pizza at * PM evening and you are getting it in the middle of the night.
