I booked * tickets for my parents to travel from Bengaluru to Chennai in AI-*** expected to depart from Bengaluru on **th May **** at *:** PM. We got a call from Air India on **th may night around **pm updating that the flight was cancelled and ticket amount would be refunded fully. I even sent an email ecommerce@airindia.in and contactus@airindia.in on *th Jun asking for refund. Till date I did not receive any reply/update on when and how I will get refund. Such an irresponsible customer service staffs.
