I have booked a ticket for INDIA TO SINGAPORE on **-NOV-**** on Air India WEBSITE and cancelled the ticket on **-DEC-**** ITS ALMOST MORE THEN TWO MONTHS ALREADY but still my refund amount is pending on air india.I have already sent many emails for my due refund but still not got any reply from airindia..EVERY TIME I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTER THEY SAY EMAIL AGAIN TO THE E-COMMERCE DEPARTMENT. its my humble request kindly provide my refund .
