I have booked Indigo flight on dated ** June with trip ID - ************ with DOT- ** June **** and after payment flight PNR is not generated and given note that it will be generate with * hours i.e. **:** but till date i have not received. I have tried to contact them via phone/email but no response. Even I'm trying to cancel the ticket but it is showing contact to customer care & there phone also temporary unavailable.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
