Tikona broadband and wifi

Tikona has horrific customer support.
Network is pathetic.
Sales team just bluffs about Tikona to fulfill their targets.
Since * days my account is deactivated. Monthly domestic consumption it claims to be *** GB just for one appliance and in reality the network is down atleast *-** hours in the day on daily basis.
They ask you to register complaint on the app and even though you sit whole day with the app and try to register complaints not a single complaint gets registered.
No technician will attend your phone call if by any chance you get contact number of the technician.
Customer support number no executives can be contacted just automated IVR and at the end of the day after this whole circus you are only left frustrated for subscribing to tikona.
Now i've landed with complete year subscription but still unable to take any meetings in work from home mode loosing a salary of INR ****** for non-performance.
Help me to get the best and effective resolution and refund with the losses.
