AC booked on Apr ** and not delivered yet despite multiple followups over mail and customer contact number. Failed company claim of ** hrs free delivery and priority installation. Reached via twitter and all the given complaint addressal forums. Still no call backs and confirmation. I would like the product to be delivered and installed. I would like to file for compensation against the followup efforts and time wasted, if possible. Else, worst case scenario, cancellation, refund and compensation altogether.
