I, VALLALKANI.K N l, have purchased Samasung *.* ton AC at Reliance digital, Kattupakkam branch, Chennai, Tamilnadu on **.**.**. The product delivered on **.**.** and no one has come for installation till now, as it has been more than ** hours. When I enquired the store, the technician is denying the installation. I also complained through ResQ app, but no response from their end. Kindly escalate this issue and do the needful at the earliest possible. Thank you.
