I have placed LG split ac *.* ton worth Rs **,*** at kalyan nagar store, Bangalore on *th of Apr-**. The store executive said AC will be delivered in a weeks time and installation will happen within **hrs of delivery. However each week I have to visit get status update. I have to office leave each time to visit store and each time they gave false promise and no information shared on status on timely manner.
