Hello sir/madam
Iam Rubia from tamilnadu. We have ordered byjus Neet course through a mediator . At the starting itself we refused but the manager told that you can use it for ** days and can return if you not like it. The mediator had also not informed about the ** days return policy. Also we asked for ** months EMI . But they did for only ** months EMI. So our EMI became double.
But after ** days we called her for cancellation .She and the manager convinced us but finally accepted for cancellation. After a month we started to get messages and calls from avanse which was sometimes threatening and rude.
I called to the mediator but nor she attended the call neither replied for our messages. Then we contacted her through helpline and the she told that you didn't cancelled within ** days. Sir,it was really unfair and cheating.
And then the mentor told that I can't do anything because you didn't cancel within ** days. I can't get any possible response from my mediator.
And then I searched on myself and found the company's mail id and wrote about my concern.
Then they called by seeing my mail and told that you didn't mail or call to ur mentor within ** days . We accepted in the trust of the mediator and she doesn't told any procedure for cancellation like mail or call to mentor.So they told we cannot do anything but can reduce two months EMI and we cannot use byjus hereafter. Without using there product why should we pay fees.
Sir we are from a lower middle class family and my father is a farmer and my mom is a housewife. They only wanted me to be in a good position so they accepted the course even in lack of money.
But now my school is providing free classes then why should I pay fees without attending your course.

*. They made our EMI for ** months instead of ** months.
*.They didn't told anything about the mail cancellation.
*. They didn't give response to our callls and messages.
*. They didn't inform anything about loan and told it was just like tuition fees.
My parents are not educated much so they accepted simply by ur staffs fake promises. They just e-signed and we didn't get any documents to read. We thought it as trusted app and didn't record any of their calls.We have only zero balance in our account due to this pandemic situation.
I request you to cancel my product as it was not even * months from buying but we made cancellation request within ** days. Please told them keep our initial amount **** but make us free from avanse phone calls and EMI .
We felt into the trap by ur staffs fake promises . I have wrote this message to byjus mail and to byju Ravindran itself. But they are saying it's * months from buying. I am begging to cancel this app from the **days of buying but never I get any positive response. It also affected my parents mentally by their frequent andthreatening calls.
I hope that you will relieve us from this byjus app.
