Pawan Kumar filed complaint against Lenskart on May 28, 2018
I ordered two glasses from lenskart on **th april ****. And according to their of I don't liked the frame then I can replace it within ** days. And I replaced both of the glasses to exchange with new frames. Since then they haven't delivered the product properly. They delivered product once on with already opened package with no screw so I returned that package. They said that they will send new one quickly. But From that time I haven't received any product. I contacted support for several times sometimes they say that they haven't confirmed power of glasses and sometime haven't confirmed order. It is more than * month a week since I ordered glasses but I haven't got it properly. When I say these things now to their support they only reply - I apologize, I apologize, I apologize and so on. What will I do of his apologize. I am a regular computer user and my eye sight went down a lot because of sitting in front on pc without glasses since I ordered on lenskart. And I am regretting for choosing lenskart, if I had knew I will face such problem with lenskart then I would have never ordered from it. My eye sight has lowered a lot because of it. I would have definitely bought eyeglasses from local store if not from lenskart and not faced eye problem. So I want good compensation for the problem caused my eyesight lowered
Also one more thing that when we buy product online they give certain time to return or replace product if we don't return product within time frame then they never accept return even if the product found garbage. If they are strict for their time then why shouldn't consumers. Here they have did more than a month delay. They should be fined for this reason too.
