I have placed an order for Samsung Gear * on *gud.com Order Id: OD****************** on ** March ****. The product was delivered on ** March **** and when I opened it was instead of Samsung watch I got an Intex smartwatch (seal was open but it was full box all accessories ).
Within an hour I have placed a return of this order on ** March **** at *.** pm. On the next day, I got a message saying that "sorry return request cannot be processed" I didn’t get any call or any information regarding this return they simply cancelled my return request (screenshot added).
Again on ** March ****, I have placed request another return request and it was cancelled on ** March **** without any information. ( screenshot added).
On ** March **** again placed a request for return, again cancelled on ** March **** ( screenshot added).

On ** March **** *gud have blocked my account. I was unable to login to my account to make another request. So I contacted them via Facebook they told me that they will contact me by evening. I got a call from *gud they asked me for ** hrs. for resolving my issue. Again there was no information regarding my order so I contacted again via Facebook on ** March ****. Next day on ** March **** they told me seller have sent me a correct product and they will not replace or return this order.
I have given all evidence such as product photos, package photos etc but without even calling one time *gud have rejected all request and blocked my account. Since the package was not in good condition I took photos before opening the package
seal of the package was open and repacked with transparent tape it was barely noticeable. Most interesting thing is that *gud don't have customer care no or mail even the help section on app or website is not working. There is no way to contact *gud under any circumstance even if we manage to put a request for a callback or mail they will not respond to it.
I purchased from a seller named gadget club in my case seller have done fraud with me. He also has a listing for Intex smartwatch. He sent me an Intex watch instead of Samsung gear, he knows *gud customer care is crazy. So please do needful for the same.
