Dear Sir, my name is Mouli, who have placed an order in *Gud.com on **th-Jan-****. I have placed Honor Play (*GB, **GB, Midnight Black) amounting Rs.***** with grade "Unboxed-Look Like New", after **min of placing order, I have received a message that order was cancelled and refund was intiated. So I have looked up the app, where it was mentioned that " Refund Completed".
I have contacted *Gud Customer support and Bank as well with the refund reference number that was given by *Gud.com. My bank say that was the transaction number of your payment done on **th Jan (Debit Transaction towards purchasing product). But the *Gud team says that, it was the refund reference number and the transaction and refund has same referance number.
Are they thinking Customers and bank executives are fool? Does any two transactions have same Transaction Id?
They even not responing to call or emails or tweets.
I want my money back today itself. Or I will drag this case legally.
